Prior to his appointment as CEO in November 2023, Tony was the CFO for Access, with broad responsibilities for finance, accounting, real estate, and procurement. Tony is a seasoned senior executive with prior experience as the CFO of Brightview, a national services business, and in senior financial roles with CapitalSource, The Advisory Board, and The Corporate Executive Board. Tony began his career in the audit group of KPMG after graduating from Boston College with a BS in Accounting and Computer Science.

John Chendo

As President of Access, John leads the company’s corporate development and acquisition team. Prior to joining the Access executive team full-time in 2009, John was a Principal at Housatonic Partners and has served on the board of directors for Access since co-founding the business in 2004. John has 20 years of financial management and acquisition experience, including management roles in software and services industries, private equity investing, and investment banking. John also serves on the boards of the records and information management companies OASIS Group of Europe and ZircoDATA of Australia, as well as Mercury Roadways, an outsourced logistics business. John spent ten years as a director at ProService, a human resource administration outsourcing company, guiding the company through its private equity sale in 2017. John also serves on the Advisory Board of the Department of Industrial Engineering & Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley, his alma mater.

He brings over 15 years of records and information management experience and has held operational leadership roles at Access for the past 8 years. Prior to the records and information management industry, Brad held operational leadership roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry for 19 years, including 17 years as a founder and president of an engineering and manufacturing firm. Brad holds an MS in Engineering Operations and a BS in Engineering, both from the University of Cincinnati.

He is a dynamic technology strategist with over 30 years of experience in enterprise software, professional services and information management. Matt has served in key technical, management and executive roles within large corporations and several technology start-ups. Prior to joining Access, Matt was the founding CTO for an industry-leading, cloud-based information governance platform. Under his leadership, the platform was acquired by a global public company where he helped scale the technology across the customer base. Matt holds a B.S. in Business from University of Vermont.

He is a seasoned global financial executive with extensive experience as a CFO spanning a wide range of industries from S&P 500 giants to dynamic start-ups, including Iron Mountain, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, and Inari Agriculture. His proven track record includes spearheading numerous acquisitions, orchestrating successful turnarounds, and providing strategic guidance to both publicly traded and privately held companies. Stuart holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia, where he’s actively involved in the Terry College Alumni Board and initiated a scholarship and mentoring program for diverse business students.

Nir Polonsky

Nir heads the high-growth portfolio of digital and software products at Access and leads its Product and Marketing groups. Previously, Nir was an executive at PayPal, where he launched and led its global Consumer Retention Initiative. Prior to PayPal, he held several product and innovation leadership positions at Gartner, where he drove a successful multi-year turnaround of its subscription business for technology providers, started its Digital Markets business for SMB, and built its first Innovation and ML Center. Nir was also previously an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and a Research Scientist in the Center for Theoretical Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Nir holds a bachelor’s degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a Ph.D. in Particle Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
